So you want to lose some weight. Look at all the options- miracle pills, the best ever workouts, amazing machines that help you easily lose weight.

Listen, it comes down to two things and two things only. How much are you eating and how much activity do you have in your life.

For some, their may be medical reasons. For most though, it is just a fact that they eat too much, have poor diets, and love driving through drive throughs for some greasy burger on a bun.

Have some self-responsibility and look in the mirror. Then decide what you are going to do about it. You do not have to start running marathons or bench press 300 pounds.
Just take a walk around the neighborhood a couple times a week. Stay away from the snack bar and don't eat right before bed time.

This country seems to have self-discipline and pride in the past. Now everyone seems to have some excuse or victim mentality. Get off your ass and do something.

Here is an amazing story of how some people can just seem to get away with conning people. Kevin Trudeau is pretty much a con man with a lot of infomercials. Some of his products include Natural Cure Revealed, More Natural Cures Revealed, The Weight Loss Cure they Don't Want You to Know About, The Stop Smoking Cure, and The Debt Cure.

You can see him on late at night hawking his great products. Before you order anything let me give you a heads up. The amazing offers are anything but amazing. When you call for your free books you will not get them free. You will pay a shipping and handling charge of $9.95 per book.

The main product advertised is just to get you on the phone. Once you call be prepared for a host of product offerings that include: a montly newsletter/website access, an email newsletter, a number of other miracle cures, magazines, shopping clubs, and shipping upgrades.

The guarantee is not really a guarantee. You will have a hard time getting a refund - since customer service seems to be nonexistent. The shipping address is a post office box which makes it even more difficult.

All books are also sold at Walmart, which may be the better way to go and possibly cheaper.
