I have no problem with electing a woman for vice president or president. What seems to be the problem here is the Republicans could not find a more qualified woman for their VP selection?

There are a number of women in both Congress and the House of Representatives that are more qualified than Sarah Palin. Two that come to mind are Susan Collins (R-ME) and Olympia Snowe (R-ME).
