The great con man of late-night infomercials has been hauled into court. Kevin Trudeau was banned from infomercials in 2008 by U.S. District Judge Robert Gettleman for three years and ordered to pay $5 million from the profits of his book "The Weight Loss Cure They Don't Want You to Know About".This is Trudeau's second contempt of court charge in four years.
Trudeau has been ordered to appear in front of Judge Gettleman are urging his fans to email the judge. Reportedly, this locked up Gettleman's email account and caused his Blackberry to stop working.
